Andrew A. Howard is a founding partner of Flechsig Howard LLP, where he represents employees and individuals in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, anti-SLAPP, civil rights, police misconduct, and sexual abuse matters.

Over the course of his career, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including obtaining a near seven-figure arbitration award in a retaliation and constructive termination case and securing a domestic violence restraining order protecting a client from ongoing abuse.

Andrew began his legal career at a preeminent multinational law firm, where he worked on complex litigation matters across a wide range of industries and devoted significant time to pro bono representation for victims of state violence. He later joined one of California’s premier plaintiff-side employment firms, where he represented employees in high-stakes discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters. After starting his own law firm in Los Angeles, he co-founded Flechsig Howard LLP to provide sophisticated, client-focused representation to individuals throughout California.

Andrew is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), where he has organized and spoken on multiple panels to discuss legal issues and practices. Outside his practice, he has devoted substantial time to local mutual aid organizations, assisting unhoused neighbors and advocating for municipal reform in Los Angeles.

A native Angeleno, Andrew enjoys karaoke, soccer, public transportation, and rooting for Los Angeles sports teams.
