Announcing Flechsig Howard LLP

We are proud to announce the launch of Flechsig Howard LLP, a new law firm dedicated to representing employees, survivors, and individuals whose rights have been violated by employers, institutions, and government actors.

Founding partners Olivia J. Flechsig and Andrew A. Howard spent years practicing at some of Los Angeles’ most respected law firms before joining forces to start a California wide practice. Flechsig Howard LLP combines the experience, resources, and strategic advocacy of large-firm litigation with the responsiveness, personal attention, and genuine partnership of a boutique firm.

Over the course of her career, Olivia has represented employees, survivors of sexual violence, and wrongfully terminated employees. She has helped recover tens of millions of dollars for clients and played a leading role in securing a unanimous $4 million jury verdict in a disability discrimination case.

Andrew Howard joins the firm after starting his own practice focused on helping employees and survivors of workplace sexual harassment. Andrew has recovered millions of dollars for clients, including a near seven-figure arbitration award in a retaliation and constructive termination case.

With offices in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, Flechsig Howard LLP serves clients throughout California. The firm takes most cases on contingency, offers free initial consultations, and develops a strategy tailored to each client’s circumstances, goals, and needs.
