Flechsig Howard Justice Advocates Files Sexual Harassment and Wage Violation Lawsuit Against Will Santos and GoldMindStudios

LOS ANGELES, CA – Flechsig Howard LLP has filed a complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of plaintiff Charis Causly against Will Santos, who operates GoldMindStudios in Burbank, California. The complaint asserts causes of action for sexual harassment and a series of wage and hour violations for failure to compensate Ms. Causly for her work. A copy of the complaint can be viewed here,

Ms. Causly’s complaint explains that she began working with Santos in summer 2024 after Santos offered to record, mix, and master her music in exchange for her assistance in the studio. The complaint alleges that Santos cultivated a sexualized environment in the studio, including by explicit sexual comments, asking Ms. Causly to give him massages, and displaying pornography in the workplace. It also alleges that Santos used his role as a music producer and promises to work on Ms. Causly’s songs to attempt to pressure her into escalating sexual conduct.

According to the complaint, Ms. Causly left the position in December 2024 because of this hostile work environment and lack of payment. The complaint alleges that Santos never finished her music or paid her for the work she performed.

The complaint seeks relief including economic, emotional distress, and punitive damages.
